## Description

This engineer will join a highly visible Operational Tooling team responsible for building and enhancing a strategic platform that manages, monitors, governs, and automates critical business processes. The role offers a blend of frontend and backend development, roughly 60% frontend and 40% backend, leveraging technologies such as React, Angular, Vue.js, Java Spring Boot, Python, AWS, and modern AI development tools. This individual will work directly with business stakeholders and end users to understand complex operational challenges and deliver scalable solutions that support workflow management, governance, reporting, dashboarding, and automation. The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with strong communication skills, a high level of ownership, and a passion for using AI to improve development workflows and create business value.
