Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) and prompt engineering. + AI Front-Focused Development: Deep expertise in modern frontend ecosystems, specifically React JS, TypeScript, and modern CSS/HTML, with a focus on building dynamic, state-heavy, responsive web applications. + Backend & Integration: Strong foundation in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful Services, and MVC architecture to effectively bridge AI frontends with robust enterprise backend systems. + Leadership & Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to actively listen, articulate complex architectural decisions to non-technical stakeholders, and act autonomously. + Developer Productivity: Experience leveraging AI developer tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to accelerate coding, debugging, and testing. Technical Leadership & Mentorship + Engineering Excellence: Act as the technical anchor for an Agile Scrum team.
