## About the Role

* 4+ years of hands-on data analyst or related experience
 * Demonstrated experience using Power BI to transform data into meaningful dashboards, reports, and visual insights
 * Experience building clear, visually compelling presentations
 * Proactive mindset
 * Natural curiosity and strong investigative skills
 * Proven ability to identify trends, test assumptions, and draw sound conclusions from large datasets

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Experience working with relational databases or data warehouse environments (e.g., SQL, Snowflake)
 * Previous Disney Theme Parks and Resorts experience.
 * Experience with IBM Tririga/MREF

Education

 * Bachelor's degree is required
 * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field is preferred
