## About the Role

* Strong knowledge of ERP transactions, MRP/MPS, BOMs, and production planning.

Required Qualifications

 * Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident

 * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field. Four additional years of experience may be substituted for a degree.

 * 5+ years of production planning, scheduling, or materials management experience.

 * 3+ years of hands-on ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, or similar).

 * Manufacturing floor experience in production control, inventory, or material management.

Preferred Qualifications

 * APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.

 * Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.

 * Experience with spacecraft or satellite manufacturing.

 * ERP implementations or system migrations.

 * Experience with inventory control, quality inspection, or cycle counting.

## Description

Production Planning & Scheduling

 * Maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) within the ERP system.

 * Execute and analyze MRP (Material Requirements Planning).

 * Balance production demand, capacity, and material availability.

 * Manage long-lead material planning (12-24+ months).

 * Monitor production schedules and resolve material or capacity constraints.

ERP & Data Management

 * Manage production and work orders throughout their lifecycle.

 * Maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) and ERP master data.

 * Monitor MRP exception messages and resolve data discrepancies.

 * Track inventory, WIP, and material shortages.

 * Ensure data integrity across ERP, PLM, MES, and related systems.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

 * Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Program Management.

 * Facilitate production planning meetings and communicate schedule risks.

 * Support KPI reporting, dashboards, and root cause analysis for planning and data issues.

 * Drive continuous improvement of planning processes and system accuracy.
