## Description

On our Technical Transformation team within Enterprise Performance, you will be responsible for:

 * Support the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA ERP solutions
 * Contribute to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and finance process transformation activities within SAP-enabled programs
 * Assist with data migration activities, including profiling, cleansing, mapping, conversion, and validation
 * Support integration activities across SAP and third-party systems, including interface design coordination and testing
 * Participate in workshops, requirements gathering, design reviews, and cross-functional project delivery activities, * Integration: SAP-to-SAP and SAP-to-third-party interfaces, technical solution design, and interface testing
 * Workshops and stakeholder engagement: Design validation, requirements gathering, cross-functional alignment, and solution reviews
 * Delivery leadership: Workstream coordination, technical oversight, testing, and issue resolution

Preferred:

 * Experience supporting government or public sector clients
 * Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA finance transformation programs
 * Experience with SAP-to-SAP or SAP-to-third-party interfaces
 * Experience with testing, defect management, or deployment support activities
 * SAP certification in SAP S/4HANA or an SAP finance module

This compensation range is specific to Virginia and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,700 to $162,800.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
