## Description

The Consumer Protection Services Division is seeking development support for a new Inspections application. The application will enable field inspectors to:

 * Collect agricultural inspection data through online forms
 * Save collected data into a SQL database
 * Generate and store PDF documents

The existing inspections system is scheduled for decommissioning in Spring 2027, and the replacement system is being developed internally. The role requires a developer with beginner to intermediate experience, particularly in JavaScript and SQL., * Convert approximately 70 existing fillable PDF inspection documents into interactive HTML forms

 * Build JavaScript functionality to capture and save inspector inputs into a SQL database
 * Use Jinja templates to compile collected data into PDF documents
 * Support data collection workflows for field inspectors

Secondary Responsibilities

 * Provide JavaScript development support as needed
 * Assist with ongoing development efforts to help keep the project on schedule
