## About the Role

* 2+ years of hands-on CI/CD pipeline development using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Google Cloud Build, or Argo CD.
 * Hands-on Google Cloud Platform experience with services such as GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Cloud Build, Pub/Sub, and IAM.
 * Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Google Cloud Deployment Manager.
 * Scripting with Python, Bash, or Groovy.
 * Docker, Kubernetes/GKE, Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
 * Basic understanding of conversational AI/contact-center platforms such as Google CCAI, Dialogflow CX, Kore.ai, or similar IVR platforms.
 * Strong communication, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills.

## Description

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), CI/CD pipeline development, infrastructure automation, and container orchestration. The candidate will manage cloud deployments, environment provisioning, and continuous delivery for customer-facing applications, including conversational AI and contact-center platforms.
