## About the Role

* Strong hands-on experience as an SAP ILM Technical Architect.
 * Expertise in SAP ILM architecture, data archiving, and retention management.
 * Solid understanding of SAP BRIM and SAP S/4HANA data models.
 * Experience with large-scale data archiving or system lifecycle management projects.
 * Strong knowledge of compliance, audit, data privacy, and legal retention requirements.
 * Excellent technical leadership and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

 * Experience with SAP ILM Store, Retention Management, and Legal Hold.
 * Exposure to SAP BRIM modules, including FI-CA, Convergent Invoicing (CI), and Convergent Mediation.
 * Experience in regulated or audit-driven enterprise environments.
 * Familiarity with onsite-offshore delivery models.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP ILM Technical Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of SAP Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) for an SAP BRIM data archiving project. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP ILM architecture, data archiving, retention management, and SAP BRIM/S/4HANA landscapes., * Design and own SAP ILM architecture for BRIM data archiving and retention.

 * Define archiving strategies, data objects, retention rules, and lifecycle policies aligned with business and compliance requirements.
 * Lead ILM configuration, object selection, rule assignment, and technical data flow design.
 * Collaborate with SAP BRIM, S/4HANA, Functional, Technical, and BASIS teams.
 * Support data readiness, mock runs, validation, and production archiving activities.
 * Ensure compliance with data privacy, legal hold, retention, and audit requirements.
 * Identify and mitigate risks related to data volume, performance, and system stability.
 * Provide technical leadership and prepare architecture documents, technical designs, and runbooks.
 * Support cutover, go-live, and post-archiving validation.
