## About the Role

We are looking for a senior-level engineer who can provide hands-on development and technical leadership, with a strong background in:

 * C# and .NET/.NET Core
 * WPF desktop application development, including MVVM, data binding, and UI architecture
 * Enterprise-scale application design and development
 * MongoDB
 * REST APIs and integration patterns
 * CI/CD and DevOps practices
 * Application modernization and technical debt reduction
 * Technical leadership, including design discussions, code reviews, and mentoring

Experience with Azure, SQL Server, enterprise document management/workflow applications, and AI-assisted development tools is also desirable.

The resource should be able to work collaboratively with architects, product owners, infrastructure, QA, SRE, and application support teams while remaining hands-on with engineering and delivery.
