## About the Role

* Minimum of 3-5 years of full-time professional experience from a NYC or NJ architecture firm.
 * BArch or MArch from an accredited school.
 * Ability to work independently on all design phases.
 * Knowledge of construction methods and materials related to multi-family is a plus.
 * Knowledge of NYC zoning and building code is a plus. NJ Code.
 * Experience in Interior Design is a plus.
 * Experience with facade design and CD's is a plus.
 * Highly proficient with AutoCAD, Rhino, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, MS Word, and MS Excel.
 * Strong graphic, written and verbal communication skills.

## Description

* Involvement in multiple projects at all project phases.
 * Develop aspects of schematic and design development documents and manage coordination with project consultants.
 * Produce construction documentation sets and details in AutoCAD.
 * Produce 3D images using AutoCAD and Rhino, of exteriors and interiors.
 * Site surveying.
 * Participate in team meetings.
 * Site visits during construction.
