## Description

* Betreuung und Unterstützung interner Anwender*innen im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support
 * Administration und Wartung der IT-Infrastruktur (Windows-Server, Netzwerke, IT-Security)
 * Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung der Windows- und Serverlandschaft
 * Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen IT-Betriebs und schnelle Fehlerbehebung
 * Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Gruppenrichtlinien, Zugriffsrechten und Sicherheitsmaßnahmen
 * Mitwirkung an IT-Projekten, z. B. Infrastrukturmodernisierung oder Cloud-Migration
 * Erstellung und Pflege von IT-Dokumentationen und Betriebshandbüchern
