## About the Role

Du solltest neben einem abgeschlossenen Abitur oder einem überdurchschnittlichen MSA natürlich Begeisterung für IT und eine echte Freude am Umgang mit Menschen mitbringen. Idealerweise interessierst Du Dich nicht nur für Technik, sondern auch für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge - denn dieser Beruf verbindet beides.

Was brauchst Du noch? Kommunikationsstärke und Überzeugungsvermögen sind genauso wichtig wie strukturiertes Denken und ein gutes Zahlenverständnis. Eine hohe Lern- und Servicebereitschaft gehört selbstverständlich dazu, genauso wie ein freundlicher, respektvoller und professioneller Umgang mit Kollegen und Kunden.

Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse setzen wir voraus. Erste Erfahrungen mit Office-Anwendungen und ein grundlegendes Verständnis von IT-Systemen sind von Vorteil.
