## About the Role

* Hands-on UX experience with wireframes, journey maps, personas, prototypes, etc.
 * UX specialist/writer background versus pure design
 * UAT testing and technical writing/documentation experience
 * IT change management and user adoption experience
 * Leadership experience, but willing to roll up sleeves and execute
 * Strong end-user advocacy and stakeholder management
 * 6+ years of relevant IT/process/deployment/project experience
 * ITIL or Project Management certification
 * User research/usability testing
 * Training and knowledge management experience

## Description

Insight Global is looking for an IT User Technical Experience Manager to lead a small team while remaining hands-on with UX, UAT testing, technical writing, change management, and project work. This person will ensure new technology is tested, documented, and ready for both end users and support teams before go-live. They will create UX artifacts, support training, drive user adoption, and advocate for the end-user experience throughout IT deployments.
