## Description

* Drive executive strategy and operations: Serve as a strategic partner across the Growth organization, leading executive planning, streamlining operating rhythms and prioritizing high-impact initiatives to accelerate system growth.
 * Lead complex integration projects: Direct cross-functional, system-wide strategic programs from conception to launch, managing budgets, resource allocation and risk mitigation to unify clinical and operational priorities across the ministry.
 * Deliver decision-ready executive intelligence: Synthesize, validate and translate complex operational data, quarterly metrics and consumer insights into concise briefings and KPI dashboards that empower swift, informed executive decision-making.
