## Description

* Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Guide, train, and mentor debug technicians on advanced troubleshooting methodologies, schematic reading, and equipment usage. Act as the primary point of escalation for complex, unresolved technical issues.
 * Troubleshooting & Repair: Identify and fix issues in hardware/software using schematics, BOMs, and test procedures.
 * Component-Level Work: Rework, replace, and repair faulty components (e.g., SMT devices, integrated circuits) on circuit boards.
 * Testing & Validation: Set up and operate complex test equipment (oscilloscopes, etc.) to verify functionality.
 * Quality Control: Ensure products meet specifications and support continuous improvement.
 * Documentation: Accurately record repair details, failure data, and maintain logs.
 * Engineering Support: Collaborate with engineers on new product development, procedure updates, and process improvements.
