 * Install, route, and validate fiber optic and copper cabling
 * Configure and verify rack power systems, PDUs, and redundant power feeds
 * Work with advanced cooling technologies, including Direct-to-Chip (D2C) liquid cooling systems
 * Perform server imaging, OS installations, hardware validation, and system bring-up activities
 * Conduct quality assurance inspections and installation audits
 * Troubleshoot deployment issues and assist with resolution
 * Read and interpret rack elevations, schematics, cabling diagrams, and technical documentation
 * Support and mentor junior technicians
 * Coordinate with engineering, project, and operations teams to ensure successful deployments, This position is fully onsite at a newly constructed AI Data Center near Abernathy, TX. The environment is hands-on and fast-paced, focused on the deployment of critical infrastructure supporting next-generation computing technologies.

Technicians will work with:

 * Enterprise servers and networking equipment
 * Fiber optic and copper cabling
 * Power distribution systems and PDUs
 * Advanced liquid cooling systems
 * Large-scale rack deployments

Candidates should be comfortable working around active infrastructure, standing for extended periods, lifting equipment, and operating in a construction and commissioning environment while following strict safety procedures.

1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM

3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM
