The Team

Our Sales & Services offering drives global customer transformation by designing and implementing innovative sales and service experiences. We blend strategy, technology, and creativity to solve complex challenges, brining customer strategies to life and creating new markets., Required:

 * 2+ years of consulting, client-facing, or relevant industry experience.
 * 1+ full life-cycle Salesforce implementation.
 * 1+ years of experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud in a Patient Services environment.
 * Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
 * Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
 * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred :

 * Salesforce certifications
 * Expertise in at least two Salesforce clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, or Life Sciences Cloud (preferred).
 * Experience presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.
 * Experience implementing CRM platforms (SAP CRM, Oracle Sales Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics) or CPQ technologies (Big Machines, Apttus, Cameleon).
 * Advanced degree in a relevant field.

## Description

* Gather requirements and document workflows for patient enrollment, hub services, case management, benefits investigation, and patient support.
 * Translate business needs into functional designs, user stories, and process flows.
 * Support Salesforce implementations through configuration decisions, testing, and deployment readiness.
 * Work with clients, architects, and delivery teams to validate solutions and identify process improvements.
