## Description

Radiance, supporting major Air Force programs in Dayton OH, is searching for an experienced Windows System Administrator to support critical IT resources at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC). The qualified candidate will provide maintenance, sustainment, and enhancement to the IT architecture in a classified environment; ensure compliance with applicable information assurance requirements; ensure 24/7 continuity of operations; and create and update relevant system documents. Work hours are normal business hours, however, occasional support during non-business hours will be required., * Perform Installation and Maintenance of Windows Servers and network systems.

 * Provide backup and recovery services; manage file systems and disk space;
 * Install and Maintain Windows Servers and network systems.
 * Test updates to enterprise system software to ensure compatibility and minimize user impact.
 * Develop and document technical processes and procedures as needed.
 * Performance and network tuning
 * Develop best practices with respect to process and documentation/templates
