## About the Role

The ideal candidate brings strong software engineering skills, experience with modern architectures, and familiarity with the insurance industry, particularly personal auto insurance., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience

 * 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
 * Hands-on experience building applications with C#, .NET, and React
 * Proficiency with Git, version control, and collaborative development practices
 * Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and common software design patterns
 * Experience working in Agile development environments
 * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated build, testing, and deployment processes
 * Advanced proficiency in C#, .NET, React, and modern development practices
 * Proven ability to deliver production-ready software across the full development lifecycle
 * Professional experience with AI-assisted development tools and workflows
 * Ability to manage and validate AI-generated code while maintaining technical accountability
 * Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, object-oriented principles, and secure coding
 * Experience developing automated testing strategies
 * Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
 * Sound technical judgment and ability to evaluate engineering trade-offs
 * Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently within cross-functional teams

 * Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
