## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 12+ years of experience
 * 5+ years as Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Product Lead.
 * 5+ years of ServiceNow SPM experience.
 * Experience leading enterprise portfolio transformation programs.
 * Strong understanding of Agile, SAFe, and Product Operating Models.
 * Experience working with PMO, Finance, and Executive Leadership teams.
 * Experience managing global stakeholders and distributed teams
 * ServiceNow Expertise: Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, Financial Planning, Agile Development, Strategic Planning Workspace, Portfolio Management, Roadmap Planning.

Product Strategy & Ownership

 * Own the ServiceNow SPM product roadmap and define strategic priorities aligned with business objectives.
 * Partner with Portfolio Managers, PMOs, Finance, Business Leaders, and IT stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements.
 * Define product vision, success metrics, KPIs, and business outcomes.
 * Lead product planning sessions and roadmap reviews with executive leadership.
