You're comfortable being uncomfortable, and you'd rather own a hard problem than wait for a clean one. ## Description The Platform team owns our query execution engine, our Journey orchestration logic, and our export delivery. This role is central to making GrowthLoop dependable as we grow, and you'll have meaningful ownership of the systems our product and customers rely on every day. What You'll Do * Build and operate backend services that move data through GrowthLoop, from warehouse queries to downstream systems. * Improve how those services handle incoming events, execute queries, transform results, and coordinate delivery. * Dig into customer problems, identify practical solutions, and test and measure whether those solutions work. * Build and maintain APIs and integrations across major cloud data warehouses, and support the product's move toward real-time capabilities. * Participate in the platform team's on-call rotation. You'll respond to production issues, work with teammates to restore service, keep the right people informed, and use what you learn to improve reliability and make future incidents easier to resolve. * Find and fix problems that affect correctness, speed, reliability, security, and ease of operation as the platform grows. * Build shared components, automation, documentation, and tools that reduce repeated work and make common tasks easier. * Help your fellow engineers do good work through clear code reviews, context sharing, mentoring, early communication, and follow-through. * Leverage AI tools every day in your day-to-day work, and help to build GrowthLoop's ML & agentic products., GrowthLoop built the first composable CDP, helping marketers leverage live, first-party data from their cloud warehouse to launch highly targeted campaigns.
