## About the Role

* Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, including experience with concept development, space planning, and detailing.

 * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a studio team and with clients and consultants.
 * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced design environment.
 * Accredited professional degree in architecture

## Description

The Intermediate Architect will contribute to the design and documentation of a range of projects, from intimate residential spaces to larger commercial and institutional buildings. This full-time hybrid role is based in New York, NY, with a mix of in-office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing architectural drawings and models, coordinating design details, assisting with code and zoning research, and preparing presentation materials. The Intermediate Architect will support project management activities, participate in client and consultant meetings, and help ensure that design intent is maintained through all phases of the project.
