The role requires close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders, translating requirements into maintainable solutions and reliable test coverage., Design, develop, enhance, and maintain web-based applications using Microsoft .NET, ASP.NET, C#, and MVC architecture. Apply object-oriented programming principles to build scalable, maintainable application components. Develop user interfaces using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and XML, as applicable to the solution. Design, query, and support Microsoft SQL Server databases; interpret existing data models and write complex SQL queries and stored procedures using joins, grouping, sorting, and related logic. Develop and maintain automated tests based on existing manual test cases and business requirements. Build reusable test-step libraries and shared automation components that can be incorporated into cross-application test suites. Contribute to tools and practices that increase organization-wide adoption, reuse, and effectiveness of automated regression testing.
