## About the Role

Salary: 140-165k Skills and Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Engineering Physics, Nuclear, or related Engineering discipline. * Experience supporting new product development (NPD/NPDI) and product lifecycle processes. * Strong understanding of system-level thermal and electrical technologies, including cooling, power, or mission-critical infrastructure. * Experience with data center, mission-critical, facilities, commissioning, or integrated systems deployments. * Ability to develop deployment procedures, SOPs, commissioning workflows, and service documentation. * Experience conducting failure mode analysis (FMEA), risk assessments, and root cause investigations. * Ability to interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation. (AutoCAD, Revitt, etc.) * Experience with liquid cooling, thermal management, or high-density cooling technologies. * Experience with AC/DC power systems, UPS, power distribution, or
critical infrastructure. * PMP, Engineering Management, MBA, or advanced Engineering degree. * Data center controls, commissioning, or facilities management experience. * Familiarity with APQP and standard product development lifecycle processes.
