## About the Role

* New Jersey residence or willingness to relocate to New Jersey
 * Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field of study
 * Minimum of 4 years of work experience with software engineering or technical program management
 * Demonstrated experience with successful management of technical projects
 * A strong understanding of energy efficiency programs, demand-side management and energy efficiency measures
 * Excellent writing, interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills.
 * Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.

Preferred skills, education and experience

 * Experience with Commercial and/or Residential electric or natural gas utility energy efficiency programs.
 * Experience managing customer enhancements, integrations, data-source changes, vendor changes, or other post-implementation initiatives.
 * Experience with AWS Cloud infrastructure management and Serverless environments
 * PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certification.

## Description

* Translates business goals into software configuration requirements and roadmaps
 * Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, software, and program delivery teams
 * Develops and communicates project plans and/or roadmaps to establish, monitor, manage, and report key milestones, risks, and deliverables.
 * Organizes and maintains databases for the coordination, collection, analysis and reporting of data.
 * Continuously assesses project progress to goal and develops innovative and creative solutions to new issues and/or market dynamics.
 * Other duties as assigned.
