Spanish a plus. * Builder mindset: you fix root causes, not just tickets. When the same issue shows up twice, you fix the system that creates it, and you have the backbone to push back, ask why, and route requests properly. Nice to have * HubSpot experience, especially the HubSpot and Salesforce sync. * Platform App Builder or Advanced Administrator certification. * Experience with other GTM tools: Gong, Apollo, Default, Clay, Sales Navigator. * Exposure to forecast categories, attribution and lead routing. * Basic SQL. ## Description As our Salesforce Administrator, you'll own the platform the whole go-to-market organization runs on. You'll report to our Revenue Operations Lead, work directly with GTM leaders, and turn a steady stream of requests into clean, scalable systems. Why this role * Impact from day one. You'll be our first in-house Salesforce admin and own real problems from your first week, with full accountability for how things get built and how they turn out. * A role that grows. We're automating routine admin with AI (e.g. Claude connected to Salesforce, flagging records that need cleanup every morning). As that matures, your scope expands into new workflows and systems such as lead routing and data enrichment. * Shape a global organization. Join a fast-moving team that operates worldwide. Processes exist, so you won't start from zero, but you'll have the mandate to challenge and reshape them. * Visible, company-wide work. Every team that touches a customer relies on what you build, and you'll partner directly with S&O and GTM leadership. What success looks like: reps get fast, reliable answers; Salesforce stays clean and well-documented; and most changes ship in-house, safely, without a consultant. What you'll do Your first priority is to master Salesforce and become the go-to owner of the platform. As automation takes over routine admin, your time shifts from fixing to building. Run the front door (~50% of time at start, falling as you automate) * Own the Salesforce support queue: triage, resolve and close requests from Sales, Marketing, Partners and CS. * Handle data hygiene and governance across our GTM systems, including record cleanup, field standards, and regular audits, to keep pipeline, ownership, and attribution data accurate and reliable for reporting. * Manage users, profiles, permission sets, licenses and access across Salesforce and connected GTM tools (Gong, Sales Navigator, Apollo, Nooks, Default). * Maintain picklists, fields, page layouts and reports. Build and maintain the platform (~35%) * Build and maintain Flows (screen and record-triggered), validation rules, and approval logic. * Own the permission model: profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, role hierarchy. * Monitor flow errors, API usage and integration health (HubSpot, Default, Gong, Clay, Vitally, Introw); fix or escalate. * Run deployments through a sandbox with documented change control. Make it self-serving (~15%) * Document every flow, rule and integration so nothing lives in one person's head. * Reduce request volume at the source: self-serve options, better defaults, smarter guardrails. * Use AI tools (e.g. Claude with Salesforce access) to automate hygiene checks and repetitive admin work. * Scope larger projects and manage external Salesforce developers when work goes beyond in-house capacity.
