 * Du überzeugst durch ausgezeichnete Kundenorientierung, analytische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Du bist belastbar, kommunikationsstark und arbeitest eigeninitiativ sowie teamorientiert

## Description

* Du stellst den reibungslosen Betrieb hybrider SAP-Landschaften inkl. Datenbanken sicher und optimierst bestehende Prozesse
 * Du bist der primäre technische Ansprechpartner für mehrere Großkunden und verantwortest die Weiterentwicklung der Kundenbeziehung
 * Du übernimmst den 3rd-Level-Support im Incident- und Problem-Management für SAP-Basis- und Datenbankthemen
 * Du analysierst und löst eigenverantwortlich komplexe technische Störungen und koordinierst notwendige Maßnahmen mit internen und externen Partnern
 * Du dokumentierst Prozesse, optimierst Abläufe, unterstützt bei der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der SAP-Basisumgebung und nimmst an der Rufbereitschaft teil
