Experteer Overview In this role, you will support the AI Transformation Office by producing data, analyses, and materials to drive portfolio decisions.You will leverage AI tools daily to build insights, automate workflows, and enable leadership forums.You partner with cross-functional teams to track adoption, surface trends, and deliver executive-ready content.This is a build-and-learn position that champions AI-native ways of working to scale impact across programs.You'll join a mission to advance data-driven transformation in life sciences and healthcare.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Portfolio analytics u**** reporting: maintain the portfolio tracker and create dashboards and briefing materials for leadership forums and reviews * Adoption analytics: structure and analyze AI tool adoption, usage, and value indicators across programs; surface trends * AI-native ways of working: develop AI-assisted aids (prompt libraries, automation scripts, analysis, document generation) and help teams adopt them * Program support: assist with meetings, dependency tracking, stakeholder mapping, and vendor/market research * Materials u**** content: prepare high-quality slides and summaries, ensuring number accuracy and executive readiness Responsabilidades * 2-4 years of experience in analytics, project coordination, consulting, or technical support (or exceptional graduate profile with relevant internships) * Strong analytical toolkit: advanced Excel; working ability in Power BI, SQL, or Python * Hands-on use of GenAI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) with concrete examples of AI-assisted work * Excellent attention to detail and written English; comfortable producing executive-facing materials * Self-starter with ability to manage competing priorities and ask good questions early Requisitos principales *
