## About the Role

* 6+ years' experience
 * Minimum education: Bachelor of Architecture
 * Experience in architectural drafting and detailing
 * Proficient in AutoCAD
 * Proficient in Rhino modeling and CS Suite
 * AutoCAD for MAC knowledge, a plus
 * Ability to hand sketch, a plus
 * Experience with wood frame construction
 * Experience working on high-end, single-family residential projects
 * Experience with NYC Dept of Building and Landmarks filing drawings, a plus
