## Description

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Technical Lead to lead a software development team responsible for building and maintaining internal platforms for crane dispatch, asset management, field service, pricing, and enterprise integrations., Lead developers, manage Agile sprints, and ensure timely delivery.
Develop, review, and maintain applications using C#/.NET and Angular.
Manage Azure-hosted applications, CI/CD pipelines, testing, and production releases.
Build and maintain REST API integrations with Dynamics 365, Salesforce, and other enterprise systems.
Use AI-assisted development tools and establish standards for reviewing and testing AI-generated code.
Collaborate with architects, engineering teams, and business stakeholders.
Improve code quality, automated testing, application reliability, and release processes.
