## About the Role

* 1â??2 years of integration development experience.
 * Knowledge of or hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
 * Exposure to Oracle Fusion ERP integrations.
 * Working knowledge of REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and XSLT.
 * Familiarity with FBDI and BI Publisher (BIP) integration patterns.
 * Experience with SFTP and file-based integrations.
 * Strong debugging and error-handling skills.
 * Demonstrated use of AI tools to learn new technologies and accelerate delivery.

Preferred Experience

 * OCI or Autonomous Database (ATP) exposure.
 * Any exposure to federal financial systems or federal IT projects.
 * Oracle Integration Cloud certification, or progress toward it.

Security & Eligibility Requirements

 * S. Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Residency with a minimum of three (3) years of U.S. residency
 * Successful completion of a Moderate Risk background investigation and FBI fingerprinting
 * Eligibility to obtain and maintain an HSPD-12 Personal Identity Verification (PIV) credential
 * Execution of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
 * Compliance with agency Security Rules of Behavior
 * Completion of required cybersecurity and privacy awareness training
 * Work must be performed within the United States (remote access from foreign locations is not permitted)
 * Employment is contingent upon contract award and Government approval of candidate qualifications

 * Design, build, and deploy OIC integrations.
 * Develop REST and SOAP integrations.
 * Build scheduled and application-driven integrations.
 * Develop transformations and mappings.
 * Implement file- and SFTP-based interfaces.
 * Integrate Oracle Fusion ERP with external applications.
 * Implement fault handling, notifications, and recovery processes.
 * Monitor and troubleshoot OIC integrations.
 * Support reconciliation and interface-control requirements.
 * Write technical specifications and interface documentation.
 * Support SIT, UAT, and production deployment.
