Unser Ziel: Menschen mit Technik verbinden, Probleme lösungsorientiert angehen und Digitalisierung sinnvoll gestalten., * 1st-Level-Support per Telefon, E-Mail, Ticketsystem und persönlich

 * Analyse und Lösung typischer IT-Probleme (Hardware, Software, Windows)
 * Betreuung & Administration von Windows-Clients
 * Organisation und Ausleihe von IT-Equipment
 * Dokumentation von Lösungen (damit nicht jede:r bei null anfängt)
 * Mitarbeit an spannenden und agilen IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekten
 * Je nach Interesse & Stärken können Sie sich fachlich weiterentwickeln
