## About the Role

* Minimum of 7 years of Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Maintenance experience with missile maintenance field experience or 7 years of Maintenance Management Production experience with extensive knowledge of ICBM Maintenance operations.
 * Detail oriented, with excellent time management skills; ability to multitask and balance competing priorities in an effective manner. Strong interpersonal skills; works well with others and responds well to direction.
 * MMOC Weapon System Controller experience highly desired
 * Ability to interact effectively and professionally at all levels throughout the Missile Wing and Command
 * Must possess strong IMDS background
 * Ability to interpret/apply Major Command implementing instructions and associated technical orders
 * Strong oral and written communication skills
 * Ability to obtain a Top-Secret Security Clearance

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

 * Community College Air Force (CCAF) Degree in one of the following: Missile Maintenance Technology, Space and Missile Maintenance Technology, Electronic Systems Technology, or Mechanical and Electrical Technology degree, Data Integrity Team experience highly desired
 * Supervisory experience

## Description

o Provide direct supervision over contractors assigned to the Wing Operations Center (WOC)
o Using Major Command implementing instructions, AFCSM 21-series manuals, and applicable technical orders to validate, review, and correct work orders entered into Integrated Maintenance Data System (IMDS)
o Assist in cannibalization requests and IMDS documentation

o Monitor/update status of each Launch Facility (LF) and Missile Alert Facility (MAF), uninstalled missile motors, mission support equipment, and designated vehicles, in IMDS, for status reporting
o Update changes to team's departure and arrival times in IMDS
o Document Missile Combat Crew (MCC) approved status changes in IMDS
o Assist in documenting new priority 1-4 discrepancies for LFs, LCCs, support equipment and vehicles in IMDS
