## About the Role

* 2+ years of IT support or maintenance experience , preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment
 * Experience troubleshooting end-user hardware and technical issues
 * Knowledge of incident and request management
 * Strong problem-solving and customer-service skills
 * Ability to document technical solutions and follow established procedures
 * Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate IT asset inventory
 * English required
 * Spanish or German language skills are a plus

## Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support within an industrial environment. This position will support end users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage IT equipment, and help ensure employees receive timely and effective technical assistance., * Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to end users

 * Receive, troubleshoot, and resolve user incidents and service requests
 * Escalate more complex technical issues to the appropriate support team when necessary
 * Answer user questions and provide technical guidance
 * Document technical issues and solutions within the support system
 * Maintain accurate inventory of IT equipment, including office and production hardware
 * Coordinate PC and hardware replacements for obsolete equipment
 * Configure and reconfigure hardware based on user needs
 * Support deployment of IT best practices and standardized solutions
 * Prepare monthly support reporting
 * Communicate IT equipment usage guidelines and local support processes to employees
 * Participate in user awareness sessions covering information security and IT best practices
