We are seeking highly experienced Senior Java Technical Leads, Principal Java Engineers, and Java Architects with 15+ years of experience in enterprise application development, architecture, and technical leadership., * 15+ years of professional software development experience.

 * Strong hands-on experience with Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
 * Expertise in microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
 * Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and system design.
 * Experience with distributed systems, relational databases, and enterprise application architecture.
 * Experience with application performance tuning, debugging, and production support.
 * Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-scale applications.
 * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
 * Knowledge of Kafka, messaging systems, Docker, and Kubernetes.
 * Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated testing.
 * Background in large-scale enterprise environments and complex application modernization projects.
 * Previous experience in senior technical leadership or architecture roles.

## Description
