 * 40% Designing and building scalable backend services and cloud infrastructure
 * 25% Leading technical projects and coordinating efforts across teams of 5-6 engineers
 * 15% Architecting new product features and platform capabilities
 * 10% Performance tuning, scalability improvements, and system reliability initiatives
 * 10% Mentoring engineers, conducting design reviews, and contributing to technical strategy
