## Description

* Lead enterprise performance engineering strategy, governance, and load testing for SAP BRIM, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, CRM, APIs, middleware, and digital applications.
 * Define workload models, NFRs, SLAs/SLOs, performance benchmarks, capacity planning, and scalability standards.
 * Lead performance test planning and execution across SIT, UAT, go-live, and hypercare, including stress, endurance, spike, and failover testing.
 * Implement and manage NeoLoad, automated performance regression testing, monitoring, bottleneck analysis, and root-cause resolution.
