 * Experience integrating CRM platforms with AI services knowledge management platforms workflow systems and enterprise data sources
 * Experience with Microservices EventDriven Architecture APIled Integration and Enterprise Integration Patterns
 * Strong experience with Cloud Platforms AzureAWSGoogle Cloud Platform and cloudnative architecture principles
 * Ability to define architecture for autonomous and semiautonomous business processes leveraging AI agents
 * Experience creating architecture artifacts including CurrentState Assessment FutureState Architecture Capability Maps Solution Blueprints and Transformation Roadmaps
 * Strong understanding of Security Governance Observability and Responsible AI considerations for enterprise AI solutions
 * Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate architecture recommendations to business and technology leadership
