* Hands-on experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse solutions, or transferable experience with other enterprise CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
 * Strong experience designing, developing, and integrating REST APIs and GraphQL APIs.
 * Practical experience with AWS cloud services, cloud-based application development, and enterprise integrations.
 * Experience building automation solutions, custom pipelines, and integration workflows.
 * Proficiency with GitHub, source control, CI/CD, and modern engineering best practices.
 * Strong troubleshooting, debugging, monitoring, and production support skills.
 * Experience with solution design, technical decision-making, and delivering scalable enterprise applications.
 * Ability to provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and delegate technical tasks without direct people-management responsibilities.
 * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across product, engineering, architecture, and business teams.
 * Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with evolving requirements and competing priorities.
