* Belastbare Erfahrung in der Administration von Linux Systemen z.B. als Systemadministrator, Cloud Engineer oder IT Supporter

 * Freude an der Verantwortung für den reibungslosen Betrieb von IT Systemen und der Suche nach dem root cause im Fehlerfall
 * Sichere Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch (unsere Firmensprache ist deutsch)
 * Analytisches, faktengestützes (KPIs) Vorgehen
 * Idealerweise Erfahrung aus dem Application Management bzw. IT Support
 * Kenntnisse von AWS (insbes. EC2 und ECS) und im Betrieb verteilter Systeme (Cluster) sind hilfreich aber nicht zwingend notwendig

## Description

* Installation, Konfiguration und Betreuung von Linux Systemen - sowohl in der Cloud als auch on-premise
 * Überwachung und Maintenance unserer Produktivsysteme
 * Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Systeme mit dem Ziel einer maximalen Automatisierung und Ausfallsicherheit (auch durch den Einsatz von (agentic) AI)
 * Etablieren von IT-Security-Standards und Monitoren von Sicherheitsparametern zur langfristigen Sicherstellung der ISO27001 Zertifizierung
 * Fehleranalyse, Troubleshooting und Incident Response bei akuten Problemsituationen
