 * Administration von Microsoft 365 (u. a. Exchange, SharePoint, Teams) und Mitarbeit an Cloud-Themen (z. B. Entra ID/Azure AD)
 * Projektarbeit rund um Migration, Modernisierung und Automatisierung
 * Unterstützung bei IT-Sicherheit (Hardening, MFA, Berechtigungskonzepte) und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Systeme
 * Einführung neuer Tools, Plattformen und Security-Lösungen
 * Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung - auch in virtualisierten Umgebungen (VMware/Hyper-V)
