The Role: We are seeking a dynamic, analytical, and inquisitive Accounts Receivable Cash Application Associate to join our team. In this role, you will post payments and assist with the collection of freight invoices.

What We're Looking For:

 * Experience: 1 year of receivables experience (specifically in cash posting and reconciliations). We are fully willing to train the right person!
 * Tech-Savvy: A good comfort level with technology and a desire to learn our proprietary AR processes.
 * Traits: Smart, curious, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

 * Full-Time hourly position
 * Process and apply daily customer payments
 * Resolve unapplied or misapplied payments
 * Reconcile A/R and ensure accurate cash posting
 * Work chargebacks and short pays
 * Assist with month-end and year-end closing
 * Provide customer service to internal and external customers
 * Maintain detailed records/transactions using Workday
