## Description

As a member of the Enterprise Transformation team, the primary activities for the Transformation Delivery Senior Associate will focus on leading project management activities for complex initiatives where they will act as a strategic partner to the business, removing barriers, and ensuring successful delivery. The role requires a professional with strong, relevant project management experience and a proven ability to deliver outcomes through collaboration, influence and clear, proactive communication with cross functional teams. Success in this position demands high energy, adaptability, and the capacity to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Your Primary Responsibilities:

 + Responsible for driving business and function led changes involving business processes, client, technology, organizational structures and / or regulatory requirements
 + Proactively identify risks, issues and dependencies, ensure action items are clearly defined, assigned to owners, and escalated in a timely manner
 + Plan, organize and manage projects and initiatives ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
 + Effectively communicate and collaborate across diverse stakeholders including business, IT, vendors, and ecosystem partners
 + Independently check and challenge assumptions and execution approaches
 + Partner across the organization to manage change adoption and ensuring team member and stakeholder buy-in
 + Track and measure progress / success against business objectives and outcomes
 + Support the program or project lead as needed to deliver outcomes
 + Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately
