## About the Role

* 1+ years of experience supporting Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems in a corporate setting
 * Experience troubleshooting integrated computer systems, including hardware, software, and connectivity issues
 * Familiarity with retail technologies such as POS systems, thermal printers, thin clients, scanners, and handheld terminals is a plus
