## About the Role

The ideal candidate combines strong product management expertise with technical acumen, stakeholder management skills, and experience working in Agile environments., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

 * 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related role.
 * Proven experience delivering software products in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
 * Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and modern product management methodologies.
 * Experience managing product backlogs and writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
 * Demonstrated ability to balance business priorities, customer needs, and technical considerations.
 * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
 * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
 * Experience working with product management and Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Master's degree in a related field.
 * Experience supporting retail technology, commerce, payments, SaaS, FinTech, or enterprise software platforms.
 * Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or equivalent certification.
 * Experience working with cloud-based platforms, APIs, integrations, and data-driven product development.
 * Experience leading complex, cross-functional product initiatives in a global environment.

## Description

* Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and engineering teams to gather, refine, and prioritize product requirements.
 * Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring stories are clearly defined, prioritized, and ready for development.
 * Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
 * Work closely with Engineering, UX/UI, Architecture, and Business teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
 * Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies to ensure successful product delivery.
 * Analyze market trends, competitive offerings, customer feedback, and product performance metrics to inform product decisions.
 * Serve as the voice of the customer and advocate for user-centric product design and functionality.
 * Track product outcomes and KPIs, identifying opportunities for enhancements and continuous improvement.
 * Communicate product updates, roadmap priorities, risks, and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
 * Support and mentor junior Product Owners and contribute to product management best practices across the organization.
