 * Prior startup or founding experience is a plus, * 4+ years in software, solutions, or platform engineering
 * Strong Python, APIs, SQL, and AWS
 * Experience with containers, Kubernetes, Terraform, and observability
 * Comfortable with networks, IAM, SSO, and enterprise security reviews

## Description

Work directly with strategic customers to deploy Pulse in secure environments and integrate with their systems. Define success criteria, design architectures, and take solutions into production., * Lead discovery, architecture, and implementation for VPC and on-prem rollouts

 * Build integrations with S3, Snowflake, Kafka, Databricks, and internal tools
 * Own performance, reliability, and security for single-tenant environments
 * Set up monitoring, alerting, and runbooks
 * Write documentation and train customer teams
 * Track usage, SLAs, and accuracy, and drive expansion
