You will oversee product management, user experience (UX), digital engagement, and provider-channel marketing capabilities to ensure coordinated, personalized, and impactful provider experiences. You will report to the AVP, Product Management. * Lead 5 direct reports across Product Management and Design * Lead the roadmap and delivery priorities for provider-facing digital platforms * Partner with business, operations, technology, marketing, and provider-facing teams to understand needs and align priorities * Define requirements, manage priorities, and guide digital product delivery * Monitor platform performance, provider satisfaction, adoption, and operational measures * Identify opportunities to improve provider experiences and digital self-service * Support investment planning, delivery oversight, and continuous platform improvement, Manage healthcare revenue cycle activities including billing, collections, claims, accounts receivable, denials, payer follow-up, reconciliations, and reimbursement analysis. Support outsourced client engagements, improve operational workflows, communicate with clients, and provide guidance on revenue cycle best practices.
