## About the Role

* Hands-on experience with Splunk, monitoring, logging, and alerting across enterprise platforms
 * Strong knowledge of security logging, incident response, and troubleshooting operational issues
 * Experience conducting performance and capacity analysis, tracking system availability, and preparing monthly availability reports.

Nice to Have Skills:

 * Experience monitoring Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) platforms
 * Experience developing performance trends, operational dashboards, and proactive alerting strategies.
