Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

 * Requires close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, along with depth perception and focus adjustment.
 * Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.

## Description

* Design electronic and electro-mechanical products to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
 * Develop test equipment concepts and lead fabrication and documentation activities.
 * Author detailed product and test equipment procedures.
 * Lead troubleshooting of customer returns and nonconforming product.
 * Conduct root-cause analysis and develop corrective actions with minimal oversight.
 * Prepare technical proposals, bills of material, and NRE/labor estimates.
 * Develop manufacturing routings, work instructions, and illustrations.
 * Participate in and occasionally lead design reviews, value stream mapping, and lean efforts.
 * Provide technical guidance to junior engineers when appropriate.
