Or view all our benefits. As part of the Engineering Journey, you'll help shape how 8,000+ engineers design, build, and collaborate every day. We're building a scalable, consistent, and developer friendly platform, Nexa, and an ecosystem around it. If you enjoy working in a complex engineering landscape, influencing how thousands of developers work, and owning a product that truly matters, this is a great opportunity to make an impact. You & your role Our Area consists of eight squads. One of the squads is responsible for context awareness. What problem does this squad primarily solve for engineering teams? Engineering teams across the Nexa ecosystem lack a reliable, standardized way to deploy, operate, and evolve a shared context capability. This role ensures that Context Awareness can be safely consumed by many products through stable pipelines, automation, and operational guardrails. Examples for practices * Create, maintain and optimize Azure DevOps pipelines * Connecting various data sources within the bank * Create intelligence & insights Top responsibilities * Pragmatic delivery mindset; iterate quickly, favor simple solutions first, and refine with feedback. * Collaboration across boundaries; coordinate frontend/backend contract changes and keep shared API definitions aligned. * Observability mindset; adds clear logging and debuggability for async/data-sync flows. Together we achieve more than alone We believe in the power of differences. It is precisely by combining people's differences that we become an even better bank. We are curious about what you add to our team of Engineering Journey. "You really get the space here to drive product innovation that impacts thousands of engineers daily, and you can feel the transformation you're creating," Product Manager. ## Related Videos - [Build and Deploy a Fullstack App with Open Source Tooling](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/775-build-and-deploy-a-fullstack-app-with-open-source-tooling) - [Keeping applications secure by evolving OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100152-keeping-applications-secure-by-evolving-oauth-2-0-and-openid-connect) - [Putting the Graph In GraphQL With The Neo4j GraphQL Library](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/257-putting-the-graph-in-graphql-with-the-neo4j-graphql-library) - [CI/CD with Github Actions](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/856-ci-cd-with-github-actions) - [Delay the AI Overlords: How OAuth and OpenFGA Can Keep Your AI Agents from Going Rogue](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1637-delay-the-ai-overlords-how-oauth-and-openfga-can-keep-your-ai-agents-from-going-rogue) - [Cyber Sleuth: Finding Hidden Connections in Cyber Data](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/893-cyber-sleuth-finding-hidden-connections-in-cyber-data) ## Related Articles - [Dev Digest 120 - Apple and peers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/455-dev-digest-120-apple-and-peers) - [Dev Digest 121 - AI goes offline](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/456-dev-digest-121-ai-goes-offline) - [Dev Digest 159: AI Pipelines, 10x Faster TypeScript, How to Interview](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/563-dev-digest-159-ai-pipelines-10x-faster-typescript-how-to-interview) - [WeAreDevelopers Dev Digest Issue 116 - The new search wars…](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/445-wearedevelopers-dev-digest-issue-116-the-new-search-wars) - [Dev Digest 131 - AI'm not sure about OSS](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/472-dev-digest-131-ai-m-not-sure-about-oss) - [Dev Digest 137 - AI'm not sure about this](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/485-dev-digest-137-ai-m-not-sure-about-this)
